The fashion industry today thrives on media, storytelling, and digital content, creating opportunities far beyond traditional design. The B.Des in Fashion Communication at WUD prepares students to lead in this dynamic space by combining creativity, cultural awareness, and cutting-edge tools for fashion media and promotion.
Students explore contemporary visual culture, fashion styling and image design, fashion and lifestyle brand communication design, social media marketing and public relation, while also mastering the emerging digital tools to create immersive media and content creation for global fashion market. The program encourages experimentation and research, enabling students to shape narratives through words, images, moving media, and spatial experiences. Coursework is supported by access to photography studios, digital equipment, and industry-standard softwares.
With a strong grounding in both creative expression and strategic communication, graduates are prepared to work across print, digital, and experiential platforms, ensuring employability in India’s rapidly growing fashion and lifestyle media sectors.
